Browsing & Selecting: All orders are placed through our website. You can explore our available cakes and cupcakes and choose your favorites.
Order Form: To place an order, simply complete the order form on our website, including your details and the Saturday collection date.
Invoice: After we receive your order, we’ll send you an invoice via email with the total cost.
Payment: Payment must be made via EFT or the payment link provided in your invoice. Your order will only be confirmed once payment is received.
Pick-Up Location: Orders must be collected directly from our cakery in Mulbarton. The exact address will be provided once your order is confirmed and paid for.
Collection Date & Time: You can collect your order only on the Saturday date selected during the order process. Collection hours are from 8 AM to 12 PM on that Saturday.
We understand that plans can change! Here’s what you need to know about cancellations:
Full Refund: If you cancel your order 7 days or more before the scheduled collection date, you will receive a full refund.
50% Refund: If you cancel 72 hours before your scheduled collection date, you will receive a 50% refund.
Less than 72 Hours: Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 72 hours of the collection date will not be eligible for a refund.
To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible via email or phone.
Pre-Made Cakes & Cupcakes: We only offer the cakes and cupcakes listed on our website. We do not accept custom orders or special requests outside of the items available.
Dietary Information: We currently do not offer vegan or gluten-free options. All of our products contain standard ingredients, and we are unable to accommodate dietary restrictions.
Payment Confirmation: Your order is confirmed once payment is received. If payment is not received within 48 hours of receiving the invoice, your order may be cancelled.
Pricing: All prices on our website are in RANDS and are subject to change without notice. The price on your invoice will reflect the correct amount to be paid.
We take immense pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure that every cake and cupcake we make meets the highest standards. While we do our best to ensure you’re delighted with your purchase, if you feel that your order does not meet your expectations, we’d love the chance to make things right.
Return & Inspection: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your product, please contact us immediately and return the item for inspection. We will assess the issue, and if we find that the quality of the product does not meet our standards, we will issue you a voucher for the value of the purchased item.
Voucher Terms: The voucher can be used for any of our products at any time within 3 months from the issue date.
Please note that this policy is only applicable in cases of product quality. It does not apply if you simply didn’t enjoy the taste of the item, as personal taste preferences vary. Rest assured, it's highly unlikely that you’ll experience any issues with our products, as we ensure everything is baked to the highest quality standards!
We take allergens very seriously! Please note that all of our cakes and cupcakes may contain or come into contact with the following allergens:

Nuts (including peanuts, almonds, hazelnuts, etc.)

Each item listed on our website includes specific allergen information. Please read the details on the product page carefully before placing your order. If you or someone in your party has an allergy, we strongly recommend that you contact us directly before ordering to ensure we can help you make an informed choice.
We cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur, as all of our products are prepared in the same kitchen.
Product Liability: We make every effort to ensure the quality of our products. However, by purchasing from Jelly Beans Cakery, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for any allergic reactions, mishaps, or injuries resulting from the consumption of our cakes and cupcakes.
Collection Responsibility: It is your responsibility to collect your order within the specified time window on your selected Saturday. We are not responsible for any changes to the timing or failure to collect within the stated hours.
Jelly Beans Cakery reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. We recommend that you check this page regularly to stay informed of any changes.
We respect your privacy! All personal information shared with us during the order process is used solely for fulfilling your order. We will never share or sell your personal information to third parties.

Payment Terms
-A 80% deposit is required to confirm your order. This must be paid via payment link at least 7 days before the collection date.
-Orders not confirmed by the due date may be cancelled without notice.
-The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full on collection, using cash or our card machine only.
-Cakes will not leave the premises without full payment.
Artistic Interpretation
-Reference photos are used for inspiration only. Due to copyright restrictions and the unique style of each cake artist, exact replicas are not possible.
-Final designs may vary in colour, detail, or structure. Creative discretion is used, and by placing an order, the client accepts that variations are to be expected.
Cancellations
-Cancellations made within 7 days of the collection date will result in the loss of the 50% deposit, as ingredients and decorations will have been purchased and prep work started.
Delivery
-Jelly Bean’s Cakery does not offer delivery. All cakes must be collected at the agreed time and location.
Collections and Acceptance of order
-Cakes are photographed before handover.
-By collecting the cake, the client confirms that they are satisfied with the condition and design.
-Jelly Bean’s Cakery is not liable for any damage that occurs after collection or due to incorrect transport or storage.
Quality Concerns & Refunds
-If you believe there is a quality issue, at least 50% of the cake must be returned within 24 hours for assessment.
-If a genuine quality issue is confirmed, a refund of up to 50% may be issued at the discretion of the baker.
-Refunds will not be issued based on personal taste preferences or if care instructions were not followed.
Allergies & Ingredients Disclaimer for normal and custom orders
-All cakes are made in a home kitchen that handles common allergens, including but not limited to wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, and nuts. While every effort is made to prevent cross-contamination, Jelly Bean’s Cakery cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens.
-It is the client’s responsibility to inform guests of any allergens. Jelly Bean’s Cakery will not be held liable for any allergic reactions or health issues resulting from the consumption of our products.
